Reclaiming Power.
Womens Sexual Trauma Retreat
If you are a survivor of sexual trauma, you understand that the trauma itself is only part of your story. The hidden wounds of sexual trauma span years—sometimes decades—and impact survivors’ emotional, physical, relational, sexual, and spiritual lives. Sexual trauma alters what we believe about ourselves, our worthiness, and our place in the world. Do we belong, or are we too broken? While talk and body-based therapies are essential components of recovery—as well as the reclamation of good sex and health relationships—survivors are often aware that there is another layer of healing that feels consciously inaccessible. 5-MeO-DMT has proven to be a powerful tool for catharsis, and draws on emotional, somatic, and spiritual resources to shift the way our bodies and psyches hold and respond to trauma, both past and present.
“I have sought out countless therapists, treatments, and medications over the past decade to heal from my sexual trauma. Some approaches were moderately helpful, but it always felt surface-level and I never felt better. I knew there was something deeper that I couldn’t name and couldn’t figure out how to access. It wasn’t until I attended the women survivor’s retreat at Tandava that I learned what that ‘something deeper’ was and started to access it. I never imagined myself to be the person who’d take a leap of faith in attending this type of retreat, but I am so deeply thankful I did. The use of 5-MeO-DMT within the incredibly safe, warm, and supportive container created by Victoria and Dr. Holly allowed me to safely access layers of trauma-related processing I didn’t even know existed. I can say with absolute certainty that this retreat opened me up to the type of work and healing I’ve unknowingly needed and been searching for all these years and it’s been so eye-opening and transformative. I still keep in touch with the amazing women I met at Tandava and am so grateful to be part of the sisterhood this container creates.”

Why 5-MeO-DMT is Useful for Sexual Trauma
Sexual trauma is stored in the memory and emotional centers of the brain, which activates survivors’ nervous systems into a state of high alert. The alert then sends a trigger response to the body activating its protective mechanisms toward the threats (Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn). For a survivor, this experience can create a transpersonal somatic imprint that impacts every aspect of their lives with far reaching physical, emotional, relational, and sexual symptoms. Known as the world’s most powerful trigger for catharsis, 5-MeO-DMT offers a potent solution.
The Retreat
Dedicated to creating an impact that will last, we have specially curated a retreat for women survivors of sexual trauma in recovery. During their 7-week container, women will receive 2 weeks of preparation before their arrival to the retreat, 6 days onsite in Mexico and 4 weeks of integration with a skilled integration specialist afterwards. Onsite women are offered a safe space to process their trauma among a small group of other women survivors. Utilizing clinical wisdom, somatic approaches and 5-MeO-DMT, the retreat is designed to target and address trauma while working with “voice & choice,” allowing each woman to process at her own pace.During the retreat, women can expect to release deeply embedded emotions, beliefs and patterns that stem from the traumatic event, and deepen into the reclamation of her own personal power.
