# Tandava Retreats

> Tandava Retreats runs medically supervised 5-MeO-DMT retreats in Tepoztlán, Mexico. We work exclusively with synthetic 5-MeO-DMT and combine evidence-based protocols with traditional integrative practices. Programs include two weeks of one-to-one preparation, a five-day on-site retreat, and four weeks of integration support.

Tandava is a 5-MeO-DMT specialist. We don't offer ayahuasca, psilocybin, or ibogaine. Ibogaine inquiries are referred to our partner organisation Bassé Ibogaine, founded by Laura Shapiro.

Group sizes are capped at six guests. Licensed medical staff are on-site during ceremonies. The center is 90 minutes from Mexico City international airport.

- Tandava works exclusively with synthetic 5-MeO-DMT, not Bufo Alvarius toad secretion. This is an ethical, sustainability, and dosage-accuracy decision. The experience is identical to toad-derived 5-MeO-DMT.
